    Is it possible to get a refund on digital pre-orders from the store?


    Pre-ordered MCC the other day and after reading about some people having different final download sizes (myself being one of them) am starting to get a little bit worried that my download might be messed up and wondering if anyone knows if it's possible
    to get a refund on a digital preorders if I give them a call? While I'm happy to go digital for a game like this, with my slow internet to find out at midnight at the time of release that my download is corrupted and I'm forced to do a 60gb download (about
    36-50 hours that would take) would be one of the biggest hype killers possible. I'm tempted to just get it at a midnight launch and download the day one patch and have it ready once I'm back home and free the evening of release day but just unsure whether
    Microsoft allow refunds for digital preorders.

    It's a weird thing to advertise pre orders then link to a disc pre order from the ms store. Sony has digital pre orders on lock. Already have second son purchased on my PSN acct.

    Destiny Digital Guardian Edition: Do we get it?

    Insomniac has apparently said that digital pre-orders are coming soon and Sunset Overdrive digital pre-orders even get a special bonus. Hopefully the digital pre-ordering will arrive in time for Destiny.

    You can cancel a pre order download anytime up until release.

    Give support a ring & they should be able to arrange it for you.

    but remember if they have already taken payment then it can take 3 business days or longer to appear in your bank account

    Yeah, takes 3-5 days for it to be processed. I'm glad it's possible, want to keep my options open just in case my Halo download is messed up and decide it's better to buy from GAME.

    Yeah, takes 3-5 days for it to be processed. I'm glad it's possible, want to keep my options open just in case my Halo download is messed up and decide it's better to buy from GAME.
