Hi, I have a question. For personal reasons I was unable to access my live account, forgetting to remove the automatic renewal. Would it be possible to have the 4 month reimbursement in which I did not use the live service? You would be very kind .. thank

If you're trying to get a refund or a replacement, that's not possible. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Sorry about that.

OK I 'm not a credit card expert but if it was possible to pay with it, it should be possible to get a refund with it.

No that is not possible with a digital purchase. However, if you only just purchased and have a small amount of play time you could try for a refund and to purchase ARK. This is true getting refunds are quite easy with digital games on xbox and comes in handy if you've made a mistake in a purchase. just call 1-800-myxbox
