Is it possible to delete my Microsoft account and use it again with the same email

When i was 14 i used my mom's email for my xbox account. And now i want to change it to my main email. But i already have an xbox account on that email. So if i delete my main Microsoft account can i use that again to switch it from my moms account to my main Microsoft account.

Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't recycle aliases once they are deleted. This means it won't be available again as an alias or new account to you or anyone else at a later time. :/

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! Just to clarify, you are wondering how to delete your Xbox account without deleting your Outlook email? If so, then that wouldn't be possible, the reason being is that your Outlook email/Microsoft Account are one
and the same with your Xbox Account. If you delete your Xbox account, you will be deleting you Microsoft account. However, what you can do is try to disassociate your email from this Xbox/Microsoft account by adding an alternate email to your account then
removing your email from this account. Check out these links for

My Xbox account is under my mom's Microsoft account. I was wondering if I was able to put my email in there and delete hers from it so it would be fully my account, without messing up her email or account.

Unfortunately not. Changing the primary alias (your moms microsoft email) with your own would cause her Microsoft account to be permanently deleted and would never be able to use the same email to create a new one.
