Is it possible to change the Xbox account on a Microsoft account?

Hello gbarnsley8, you can't transfer data, games etc from one email account to another, but you can change the "Alias" account and have another email and continue with everything in your account, but that's because the games and gamertag are associated with an email account, so you'll have to keep that account to play.

it's not possible to move an Xbox Account from one Microsoft Account to another Microsoft Account.
The only thing that is possible to change the primaiy email address on a Microsoft Account, but that may not be what you are looking for

it's not possible to physically move a Xbox Live account to a different Microsoft Account.

The only thing currently possible is to change the email address to sign in on a Microsoft Account.

You may have changed the birth year on your Microsoft account, but it's not possible to change the birthdate on an Xbox account.

It is not possible to change the age of an Xbox account once it has been created. Changing the Microsoft account age will not also change the Xbox account age. That goes by what you enter when you create the account.
