Is it possible to change the email for my account?

If you know your password and need to verify your security information after logging into your Xbox account, but there is no option, you can click "I don't have any of these options" on the security information verification page to change your security information (email and phone number) to recover. (Wait 30 days)

Thank you is it possible to change the email address associated with the account? For example- the account is with my email address. Could i change it to my childs email address? Then create another account with my email address and add his account
to the family?

It is not possible to migrate an account....
