    Hello everyone,

    I would like to know if there is a way to change the currency of our payment and subscription.

    I'm from France and I recently moved in Canada for work. So, now that I get my salary in CAD and in a canadian's bank, I would like to pay my subscription to the PC Game Pass in this same currency.

    It's actually in Euro, and when I put the info of my Canadian Credit Card the currency doesn't change. So I feared that it's my bank who will convert the money and it will be a big loose !

    So is there a way to change the country of the Microsoft Store and the currency of the subscription ? Like steam for example.

    Use card for got an GOLD subscription

    Sorry, but it's not possible to purchase a gold subscription with points/currency. Gold can only be purchased with a credit card/paypal or by purchasing a prepaid subscription in a store. The currency in your account is not set up to work with a recurring
    subscription which is what you would be purchasing.

    It's actually working correctly. It's not possible to purchase subscriptions using currency on your account.

    No. It's never been possible to purchase gold with currency. That system is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    Having some difficulty, iso assistance/info.

    There have been others who have thought the same, but it never was possible to use Microsoft points to purchase a gold subscription so when that changed into currency that stayed the same. The system is not set up to work with a recurring subscription. The
    money you have on your account can be used to purchase content on the marketplace, but there is no way to take it off or to use it for a subscription.
