    is it possible to change an adress on an order if i put it in wrong?


    i recently put in a order for an xbox series x and the elite controller however i forgot to put the number on the address somehow. the controller was scheduled for today but ups made me aware that i messed up and sorted it but its been delayed. so im wondering if i can add the number for when the xbox is sent out as far as i know its not been given to a delivery company as its not due till the 8th but im hoping to fix my issue so i dont have another delay, any help would be appreciated

    Email-Adress change not possible

    If you go to support they will not be able to help, they will escalate it to the never heard of before "Advocacy Team" which will get back with you in 2 business days. So you may have to contact support to get a ticket opened for you. I've been at it for
    at least six months. That 30 day waiting period kills me, any little change you make (password, billing updates, etc) restarts the 30 day clock. I've been telling people to create at least 5 temp email accounts ending in either @live.com or @outlook.com
    so you can bounce things around. And try not to make any changes to your account, note on a calender when you start so you can track how long it's been, then add 2 extra days just to be sure. I've tried so many times, I hope this helps you cut right to the

    Wrong Parent E-mail!

    Well, what I meant by the wrong account is that I inputed the wrong e-mail address, for e.g. instead of putting *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I put *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and I cannot correct that because it is asking the password of that wrong account (which does not exists at all),
    so I'm completely shut!

    This happened to me after changing my primary e-mail adress. I managed to temporary fix it by putting the old adress back as primary.
