    Is it possible to cancel a past due subscription


    I was wondering if it was possible to cancel a past due subscription because ive been having problems trying to pay for the past due but i get errors saying “Cannot update subscription, something happened on our end.” What do i do?

    Check if you have a debts with your payments, you can check this in your Microsoft account in the Payments and services section.

    I think xbox has a support website for problems related to billing and payment so you might want to speak with them. You can also visit your microsoft account and check recent payments and billings and you can cancel your subscriptions from there as well.
