    I seemed to be very close to getting into the account by the normal steps for losing a password, but when I got to (what I believe to be is the final step) it gave me the error code. I completed what the Xbox told me by deleting the account from the Xbox then trying to sign in yet again on his account. (Doing so the same way as before) I chose my grandpas account email (the deleted one). I then selected the "forgot password" option. This ended me up on the account.live.com, where it said I could figure out the problem. The xbox was added on the account, but I couldn't find a section of the site that showed anything password related, especially to the xbox. Is there any other way out of this? I don't like to sound pitiful, but there is quite a lot on that Xbox Account that would be quite sad to see go for us. I thank anyone who helps in advance.

    We might be able to figure it out if we find one critical piece of information, that's buried in storage somewhere, hopefully.
