Is it "Ok" with Xbox terms?

You can buy codes from other retailers (ie. Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.). But if you buy from an unauthorized seller or from a third party like ebay, you may not be getting a legitimate code and if there are issues with the code, you could have a difficult time getting it fixed.

I would avoid places like that. Anything that looks too good to be true, can be. I can't say 100% whether you will be banned, but you would be putting yourself at risk since they are not an authorized reseller. People have been banned in the past after buying illegitimate codes from places like that though.

I wanted to buy a Fifa game-code from "eneba" keyshop because it is cheaper than buying it from Xbox Shop, but I am afraid that my account may be banned or something.
