    Yes it's ok because the Xbox has fans that will keep it nice and cool and if ur doing a update stay on the page toun ur tv off leave it on and it will do your up date I am doing this right now and I have the same question you do if u searched this up have a nice day God bless you

    gaming laptops are not meant to be used for gaming on the battery anyway, your fine, leave it plugged in for gaming, you will get better performance.
