hi, with the new minecraft to microsoft account migration beginning on the 19th(i read this from a mojang insider, and it was confirmed in a video)

I have two gmaill account cause one of mine on a social media account got hacked, and now i have two, even after i resolved the problem. i read that i would have to create a microsoft account with xbox live.

so i ask, is it ok to create another xbox live/microsoft account, cause i love having my bedrock name "" as my above name states. and my Java edition account "Electrical_Zap"

i would rather be able to keep my email and password from java edtion for the new microsoft account i would create if i can.

Hi there,

are you able to login on
http://account.live.com with that second Gmail account, because if you can't there isn't a Microsoft account created for that second Gmail account, and you will first need to create one before you can move a xbox live account to it.

You can create a Microsoft account here:
signup.live.com/signup.aspx and select the second Gmail account as email address

You can't create a second account on the same Microsoft Account. Either your Microsoft Account was broken or your other account is on a different e-mail.

Make sure to use a different email address (you can always just create a throwaway gmail account). Once created, sign into this account on your PC..now try launching the MS store version (you may need to sign in to the MS Store with this account too)..it should have either created a gamertag for you or prompt you to create one (I am not entirely sure as I have never created a second account on PC as I created mine on Xbox)

Will be better a screenshot, but it's ok, have you tried creating a different Microsoft account, that you are sure you set as an adult account since the beginning and create the family with that account?

The error could be because you try to add adult accounts under an organizer child account
