    OK SO BASICALLY I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME AND IT KICKS ME OUT TO SAY THAT MY CONSOLE IS BEEN BANNED (THERE WAS NO GIVEN REASON EITHER) I WENT THROUGH MY MSGS TO SEE IF I HAD SENT ANYTHING RUDE INAPPROPRIATE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT THERE WAS NOTHING SO I
    GO ON XBOX SUPPORT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG AND THEY COULDNT SEE A REASON FOR ME TO BE BANNED THE MAN SAID I CANT FIND THE BAN ON THE FILES SO HE SENT ME TO HIS MANAGER ALL HE SAID IS THAT ITS ANNOYING WHAT GR8 HELP THAT WAS SO THEN I ASKED CAN I SPEAK TO SOME
    1 FROM THE ENFORCEMENT TEAM AND HE SAID NO SO THEN I THAUGHT I GO CHECK IF I HAD A CASE REVIEW AVALIABLE NOTHING THERE CAUSE I HAVNT BEEN BANNED SO I CHECK MY XBOX AND IT SAYS CONSOLE BANNED

    LIKE WTF

    SERIOUSLY

    I DONT HACK I DONT SHOUT ALL I DO IS PLAY 2 GAMES

    I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON XBOX SINCE THE 360 CAM OUT NEVER SWITCHED TO PS4 OR PS3

    AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED A BANNED XBOX NICE MICROSOFT NICE

    SO ALL I WANT IS TO EITHER GET THE ACTUAL REASON SENT TO ME OR GET THE BAN LIFTED

    Ok you got banned for a reason. Micrsoft dont ban many players for no reason. Plus i still say your a troll!!

    ok so my mother who plays xbox got her console banned for no reason, im really xbox support you messed up my mother who just plays for fun. this needs to be fixed now!

    Appeal. I asked an Innocent question!

    It's a comms ban. If I had been reasonably banned, I would be ok, but I don't want this to count towards my 3 strike rule. I posted a find a group for roblox.
