    Is it my/a ISP problem or Live?


    This happened last week as well and is happening again. My Xbox One S is connected w/ wireless and every other device i have works as intended. Watched Netflix and went to sleep, wake up, and find my Xbox won't connect to the Xbox Network, which means I can't stream apps or play anything that's not directly on my hard drives. My Xbox says the following services are experiencing issues: its all blank and no error codes. The Xbox status page says games and gaming from NBA 22K? Which i don't own. Ive done all the hard resets and reboots known to man lol. So I'm pretty confused, why can't I get on Live? Is the fault not on my end or is it? Any advice? Ty~

    I have the same issue I'm getting no error code and a message that says "If you have a PC, try to connect to the Internet on it. You may have to work with your internet provider (ISP) to fix your connection" but I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes we couldn't work it out and they told me to reset it so I did now in stuck in a loop

    Hi Warwizard, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We need to isolate the issue first in order for us to know where is the problem. Kindly perform the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    ISP problems

    I have Suddenlink and after complaining for over a year FINALLY got them to fix my damn cable outside my place so it would stop disconnecting 20 times a day every day for the entirety of the year. Yeah.....it was that bad.

    Now I have no DC's (knock on wood) and every game I am in online seems 100% perfect unless the host has crappy internet. Also want to add that they are supposed to charge me $80 a month for phone and 10m interent. After calling for them to come out for
    a year they kept charging me and I have not paid. My bill is up to $150 every month and I pay about half that everytime. I'm just waiting for them to ask why I never pay the full bill so I can tell them why pay for a **** service that takes a year to fix
    a barely messed up cord.

    You might as well jailbreak an iPhone, purchase the wifi off cydia and use that instead of that crappy ISP
