    Hi, im an avid xbox player and i am wondering if there a repercussions for purchasing from the american store, instead of my default english one. Reason for this is because games are approximately £10 cheaper when paying in dollars. I know people who are
    doing it with no problems at all. That being said i dont want to risk my 6 year old account which i have a lot of months played in total including achievements.

    Can someone please verify this for me as i am looking to do the same. Thanks.

    Change console region and buy from other locations (cheaper)

    Hello all,

    I just found out that in some countries, the games can be really cheaper and I also noticed that we can change the location of the console.

    Is it legal that I do so ? Can I change my region buy the games and then go back to my previous region? Can I be banned ?

    Early Digital Release?

    So WWE2K16 releases on the 27th October in USA but on the 30th in the UK. If I buy it digitally will I have to wait til the 30th? Also would buying it with an American Locale change that?

    You cant as far as i can tell.... your GT account region has to match console and Game Store region.... would be nice if you could though as you are still purchasing the game

    Just buy the normal edition and buy the Elite with microsoft points, it works out cheaper, so someone who worked in my local GAME down the town!

    If your havingthe same problem as me it is because your tryimg to buy the game in England and xbox is asking you to have an American account. I have looked at changing my account to pay abroad and it asks for an American address. The only way i have seen
    to work arou d the problem is to create a false address in america. I suspect microsoft may take issue with this though as i may open you up to buying games cheaper in amarica so could get you booted of gold.

    I wish Microsoft would look into this issue as i agree it is fustrating unless your american i guess???
