    Is it just pot luck whether you buy a game that works or not?


    I've bought multiple games for my Xbox One S but only 2 have actually worked so far. Need for Speed, Forza 6, Dishonored 2 and Fallout 4 all don't work and I'm seriously questioning whether the Xbox One was actually designed to work or not.

    Need for Speed and Forza 6 just refuse to install even slightly. Dishonoured 2 and Fallout 4 installed fine, but don't start after then. I have taken every precaution and direction I could find to get these games to work but they don't. Seems like there's
    nothing I can do

    I need some direction with this, I'm seriously lost

    Hey there Exjoria!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the multiple games. In light of the fact that some games won't install and others won't load at all, I recommend doing a full

    factory reset     of your console. This will give your console the best shot at a clean start. When you do this, ensure that your console is connected to your home network via Ethernet cable to allow for the most stable internet connecting during the reset/update
    process.
