Is it just me?

TWC subscriber in NC and have the same problems.

Well, my character isn't actually optimized well. I have a lot of "fluff stats" that you don't really need if you want to PvP. I designed this character mainly for Co-Op and I destroy invaders when they come in because they think an Archer is going to be
a joke. Really, you only need:

• 11 Strength (to use composite bow)
• 12 Dexterity (to use composite bow)
• 18 or 24 Intelligence (to use crystal/normal homing soulmass)
  
  

I'm sure you could get those stats around level 50, give or take a couple levels. I would try that now, but currently I am testing the Faith Archer Build. Honestly, I don't think it will be as good, the only nice thing about it is that I will be able to use
emit force when enemies are near, then be able to hammer them with a couple arrows while they're down.

Also, they key to using archer characters is all in the Enchantment + Arrow combo. In order to make enchanted bows work properly, you have to use the correct arrow for the correct enchantment:

My Dex/Int Magik Archer is a level 83, although you could go a lot lower. I have my intelligence at 50, which isn't needed, you just need to be able to use homing crystal soulmass. I also have my faith at 18, which is not needed, I just wanted to use some
miracles with Velka's Talisman.
