even my 5 year old knows about games with gold, they look forward to it every month.

I agree with the OP.MS does appear dishonest because they take away previously purchased content such as games music and videos.All my purchased music is now locked behind a paywall .I now have to pay Xbox Music 9.99 a month to hear the music I already paid
for.I have rewards points pending since last year that conveniently havent been transitioned to local currency yet so cannot be paid out.Games I paid for that are in my purchase history now cost full price to redownload.How can you sell something,steal it
back and try to resell it again.? So yeah..theyre crooked and dishonest.

 

1: Xbox music is a subscription sevice,you have access to all to music as long as you subscribe,you don't pay for a month,listen to a song & then own it.

2:If you have an issue with the rewards program then try posting in the rewards support section here

3: If you have downloaded a game then it's always available in your download history to redownload for free with the account that originally purchased it.

All perfectly clear,i don't see anything dishonest there at all.

@deft badger-First of all the rewards program was supposed to have all accounts updated by May of this year .Its July now and support isnt giving answers until two months later and then theyre being dodgy about it.Secondly I PURCHASED the music.It wasnt
something I streamed with a subscription.I downloaded it to my console and its still there.But now it requires a subscription for some reason.Third -even though Test Drive is in my purchase history it says 20 dollars on it.I cant redownload or It will take
that money from my account.My other downloads dont have a price attached.This does.So yes-they have stolen from me and want to extract more money.

 

I've noticed that the free games haven't come up after a searching them a few times now and have had to wait until the picture on the dash changes over which is usually a day or two later. Not a big issue as I have more than enough time to pick it up.
