Discus and support Is it internal??? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; At first on my Xbox I was just trying to load into Spotify, it never loaded, so eventually I deleted it and went to the Microsoft store to download it...     At first on my Xbox I was just trying to load into Spotify, it never loaded, so eventually I deleted it and went to the Microsoft store to download it again. Then the Microsoft store wouldn’t load. So I went to ask my brother he told me to try to reset it and keep games. I tried it set it back up, then when I click add account it’s the loading screen and then backs out after 5 minutes of loading. So I tried to reset it with deleting all games, it’s the same thing? I don’t know if it’s something internal or what.

    Hi,

    It depends on if the console you purchased was NTSC or PAL. You can check this by putting in any game in the console and see if you get a region error. That would be the easiest way to tell if the console was PAL or NTSC.

    Once you figure that out you can buy games from Australia if the game you used was a PAL game and it worked perfectly fine. The denotation of NTSC and PAL can be seen on the top left in a white box in black lettering of any Xbox 360 game cover.

    We can try performing an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware, Mykenzie.

    “ 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.”

    We may just need to refresh the console.

    I just bought a Canadian friend a game via the marketplace buy as a gift option. Maybe you can get them a game instead (just a thought). Also there was an option on the 360 to gift money to friends but not sure if the option is still there. If you have a
    360 maybe you could go that route.
