Is is possible to cancel the automatically renewed subscription?

Good Morning,

the subscription has been renewed on Wed 12th, I'm almost sure I've requested to suspend the automatic monthly renewal, but I may have made a mistake someway.

To be honest my son has used Xbox Live few hours in these two days (but we'll be off in the next three), at your judgment.

Cancelling Xbox Live subscription

Hello,

My Xbox Live Gold subscription ran out yesterday, and automatically renewed itself. I forgot that my subscription had come to an end, and actually wanted to cancel my subscription. I got a confirmation e-mail through saying that my subscription had been
renewed yesterday. My question is: Is it possible for me to cancel my subscription without any cost, or is it too late for me to cancel it?

Updating to New Credit Card details

My credit card is going to be expired in June 2015. and Gold subscription is going to be automatically renewed by next week. Since its going to be expire

1. how can i change the existing to a new credit card.do i have to cancel the existing payment method and add this.

2. Will this affect anything it gold is renewed by existing card.

3. Will the new credit card automatically renewed once updated or i have to set it

You will need to phone Xbox Support in order to cancel automatic renewal.
