so some guy messaged my friend trashtalking him because he couldnt clutch a round on rainbow six siege. So we decided to collaboratively waste him time by getting said friend to message him back with memes such as the "no u" or "ugandan knuckles" and blasting
the russian national anthem in the party when he joined to challenge my friend to a 1v1 to prove how sweaty he was. Is it against any rules on xbox to meme on someone? I know xbox can be a bit sensitve sometimes.

Technically it's against the Terms of Usage agreement to use the Xbox LIVE service to broker commercial ventures... in lay terms, what you did could get your account suspended or banned.

It is also against forum rules to list the accounts of people despite what you allege that they've done.

There's not a verification system in place at all on the service, so not even anyone at Microsoft has a checkmark. However, I would not suggest using it because it is possible they could see it as some sort of impersonation and also because you have to change the name on your account to include that. If there was a situation where you have to contact Microsoft and give them the name on your Microsoft account, that could complicate things.
