Is HDMI-CEC coming to Xbox One X?

Read an article from FlatpanelsHD last September about HDMI-CEC and it mentions it being available on Xbox Series consoles as well as the One X. I don't have it on my One X so what's the status on it?

Not currently, as I mentioned currently the only console that has this feature enabled it's Xbox series X/S

Is it not even an Insider build feature for One X at the moment? It used to be available that way according to some Reddit posts.

Sometimes unofficial channels can have wrong information, the Xbox support site will give you the correct information, currently only Xbox series consoles have this feature there's no official information about this coming to other devices

HDMI-CEC is supported only on Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. You must also enable HDMI-CEC on your TV.

Xbox Series X|S consoles can use an HDMI feature called Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) to send commands to and from CEC-enabled devices (such as TVs and AVRs) that are connected to the console.

This feature can be turned on and off via the TV & A/V power options settings screen. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Sleep mode & startup > TV & A/V power options.
