Is getting refunded for Astroneer possible?

System Era claims it's Microsoft's responsabilities to refund Xbox One users for their software Astroneer. How would one proceed to obtain such refund? My reasons are my own, but I will only voice a serious concern toward SE liability to actually progress
beyond pre-alpha stage.

When you made the purchase you must have noticed the first part or the game listings that this game is a work in progress. You would have also been given 60 minutes to trial the game for free to allow you to decide if you wish to purchase it in it's current
state of development.
