Is Gears of War 4 (PC Version) game fully installed?

Hi,

In late December I built a new gaming PC. I've bought a few digital download games before on the Windows Store, but Forza Horizon 3 was the biggest one prior to Gears of War 4. I'm still pretty new to games downloaded via the Windows Store, the majority
of my PC games are from Steam.

Anyway, I have recently downloaded Gears of War 4. I did this in three parts, .i.e, paused the download, resumed the next time I logged on. On the third part, there looked to be about 2GB to go, but it was downloading really slow. I tried to pause again,
but this time the circle of dots appeared but wouldn't stop, so I closed the Windows Store App down.

Now Gears has stopped downloading, and says the game is 'installed'. How can I be sure of this?
