Yes, the 12 month gold is no longer available in the MS Store, but you can still buy code cards from retailers and use, not not at the MS Store.

When you convert to Game Pass Ultimate your current balance of Gold will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate as well, so you won't loose it, but if you choose to cancel the GPU before your balance has run out, i does not convert back to Gold, but will be
lost.

The online pass is required to play the online portion of the game. It is included with the game if you purchased it new. If you bought a used copy you need to use MS points to purchase the pass (found in the marketplace).

This is done to encourage gamers to buy new product so the developers get paid.

If you already used the $1 promo price to upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate, then the offer is no longer available to you as it was a one time deal.

Resident Evil 6 is no longer available on Game Pass, unfortunately. It left Game Pass on June 30th.

You will have to purchase the game separately if you want to continue playing it from this point.
