Can you double check if you’re signed on the Microsoft store with the account that owns the DLCs?

The Hitman collection is included with your game pass subscription, but only the base games. Not the extra DLCs

If you are not signed with the account that owns the DLCs the game is going to ask you to use the correct account

Sorry but game data cannot be transferred from one account to another (saves, DLC, etc). However, so long as the DLC was downloaded to the same console that you will be playing on you will be able to access it on another account.

No. dlc is linked to the account that bought it.

If you can redownload them with the account that bought them you should be able to use them with another account as long as the original account is on the same console.

Maybe you bought the dlcs from another account and you are trying to play them on another account which you are using right now.

Are you playing on the account that purchased the DLC, or are you playing on a new account that is game sharing with the account that purchased the DlC? If you are Game sharing with your dads account or the account that bought the DlC. Then you wont be able
to use any of the DLC. Game sharing/ Homing only allows you to play another persons games. It will not allow you to play the DLC. If you are playing on the same account that previously purchased the DLC. You should be able to go to Fallout 4 in the store and
re download the DLC with out paying for it.
