Is Ddosing permanently bannable?

In the UK, ddosing (doxxing) or even threating to ddos is legal surprisingly so would this mean it isn’t bannable?

It is in contravention of S3 of the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

So if anyone does this to you, or even threatens to do so, the above prosecution risk applies.

How ever modifying tenure is a permanent bannable offense as you say you admit to doing it so you should accept the concequences

Your avatar has purple skin and green hair. Those colors are not attainable through the XBL avatar editor, which means you had to have used some sort of software manipulation to achieve those colors. What that means is you modded your avatar. That is a permanently
bannable offence.
