Is anyone having trouble with update

Ever since the mandatory update November 1st, 2023 my Xbox one will not play physical Xbox one disks or blu-ray. Yet, it will play all Xbox 360 games. Xbox hasn't resolved the issue, nor will address it. Their biggest concern is Efootball 2024. Tried to call support line. After 2 hours on hold, I was hung up on. Called back, hour hold.. let's see if I can't find your account 30 minutes later, hung up on... Called back, we are sorry we are closed call back tomorrow. When I tried virtual assistant, it just called me an idiot. Did you put disc in way? Is your disc clean... well duh... you can take to a member of the gaming community... how are they going to help? Everyone I talked to is having same issues. I'm still waiting on Microsoft and Xbox to respond to FB messages, posts and emails.

We would like to ask for few details:

Can we ask for the case number you had with our support team? Please send it via private message - click here.
What is the current OS version of your Xbox One?
Are you part of Xbox Insider?
Is this happening to new and old Xbox One disks? Were you able to test Efootball 2024 before the update?
Can you try this Efootball 2024 and your Xbox One disks to another Xbox One consoles?

For the meantime, you may try power cycle of Xbox Console as this was not mentioned on your description:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
