    Is anyone having problem with messages


    as it says has anyone has problem with their messages? It keeps saying that i cant send messages for some reason checked on xbox shows up a website where just log me in to xbox account then tried with code on phone and sign out sign in but still same problem.
    Please help me im new to this the app is glitching then just turn off when im pressing send button.

    I am having problems with purchasing xbox 360 games on my xbox one, ie Black ops. Is anyone else having the same problem, I have tried on my console and xbox.com with the same message please, ease try again later.

    First call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and register your xbox with MS. Then tell them about the problem and they'll either repair it for free if you're still under warranty or they'll charge you. Either way, call them. Hopfully they can help you. I've been through
    this a few times myself, everything for me was free do to the warranty. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya. good luck.
