Is anyone having any problems with there { Jigsaw Puzzle }

There is one commercial that makes the jigsaw puzzle lock up, to where the only thing to do is to ( EXIT ) the game. This commercial makes the puzzle's lock up. I don't mind the commercial's . but this one in the screen shot.

We have been aware of the mod.fab ad causing lag in Jigsaw, and I'm sorry to see that it's affected you! I haven't seen that ad showing up today, so it's likely been pulled already. Have you seen it today and are still experiencing issues? Let me know so
we can look further into it!

I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?

I have the same problem with mahjong and solitaire but not the jigsaw puzzle app.

Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.
