I doubt anything will happen to anyone playing MW2 anymore. The game is a hacked mess right now, so you're bound to get a hacked lobby every game. Your only option is to report, block and mute.

It is happening again. No matter how many times you spam the unmute it stays muted. Xbox please fix this
