    I am a huge gamer. My family has bought and still own every system accept for the Dreamcast. The first Xbox was a fairly good system. The Xbox 360 was perhaps one of the best revolutionary systems to ever drop. Billing was simple and easy, connecting to
    Live and chatting/playing with friends was a very simple and easy thing to do. Everything made sense. But this Xbox One is COMPLETE TRASH!!! First I buy the system and find myself getting kicked out of party chats with friends just about every time I hit a
    new loading screen. Thinking I was the only one I found it was happening to my friends as well. I bought the Xbox One S which was what the 3rd version of the system??? How is that really a problem that still hasn't gotten fixed? Next after I paid for one month
    of Live I went ahead and Bought a Year of live about 3 weeks later. The following week I get charged for another month. When I called to find out why I was being billed the guy responds with the memberships get stacked, it's the way their system works. WHAT
    THE HELL???? That was never a problem with the Previous system. On the 360 if you bought a year shortly after buying a month you weren't getting billed for another month the system automatically saw you didn't need another one month subscription so you wouldn't
    be billed until you ran out of prepaid Xbox live. How in the world did their "system" regress with the Xbox One???? Makes no sense! Now I'm playing and I'm randomly getting kicked off of my games "so offline" and getting hit with a message saying that I need
    to sign into an account that has an Xbox Live membership. All the while when I push my home button It clearly shows that my system never went offline, I can still see my friends, I can still see the store along with the entertainment section and well EVERYTHING
    ELSE THAT SHOWS I'M STILL ONLINE AND CONNECTED TO XBOX LIVE!! Yet every couple of hours I will get kicked out of my games and penalized from reentering PVP games while my internet never lost connection. Honestly I haven't had the system for a complete year
    yet and I keep running into these problems that seem to never get fixed. Is there anyone else out there having as many problems with this system????? Let me know cause I'm at the point where I'm gonna throw this Crap out the window then run it over with my
    truck and pick up the pieces and ship them back to Microsoft because that's what they gave me TRASH!

    Anyone else sick and tired of the ****‽

    Every online service has issues from time to time.

    Compared to other online services xbox live is one of the most reliable & secure ones out there.

    You seriously think they do this on purpose?

    It's free to phone support where I live anyway as it is in several other countries.

    Wow what can I say..bad luck maybe I never had those problems and the billing issue it says clearly on their faqs how all works now so it is a matter of reading the terms before you plunge I guess...

  5. Just got kicked out of a different game again same exact thing smh. The issue with the billing I just wanted to point out the regression between systems. But believe it or not I only scratched the surface with the problems I've been having.

    I’ve never had any of those issues and I play every night. I don’t know anyone in real life who has had them either. You’re unlucky I guess.

    I agree though, the system should recognise that you don’t need gold and not take it out, but it does. All you need to do is turn auto renewal off and it’ll stop.

    I remember years ago I kept disconnecting from Live every 2 hours or so. I called my ISP and there were some router settings that they changed that stopped it from happening. They had me log into their website with my router info snd password and walked
    me through the changes I needed to make. Never been disconnected since.

  7. Perhaps I am just that unlucky. I once again know and understand the auto renewal billing I just wanted to point out how the regressed between systems. I actually was originally having issues with my internet actually kicking out which I contacted my provider
    and went through the steps so that it wouldn't happen again, and it hasn't. The Problem is with Microsoft or with my Xbox. Yet every time it kicks out, and I mean it literally just happened not more than 5 mins ago for me again as it happens every night and
    every time I play, I'm clearly still connected to xbox live. This happens with both my disk and my downloaded games. It just makes no sense. But the worst part is the game doesn't recognize anything going wrong so its hard for me to report the problem. And
    every time I get fed up enough and get on my computer to look up some sort of customer service help I cant directly call anyone, I have to use that damn useless virtual agent that then attempts to connect me to an actual agent that then walks me through troubleshooting
    my network settings and my Console settings as well as the common turn it off and turn it back on which still never fixes the problem. I haven't even started with Cortana not working along with my screen shots/recordings not working properly from time to time.
    I've literally been having so many issues and no one can help me fix the problems. I'm only on this forum again because I was just kicked off again. Microsoft has done nothing to help I'm just unsatisfied with their horrible customer service. And please don't
    get me wrong I hate bashing them because Their Customer service used to be amazing. One call or email and any problems I had were instantly fixed. I'm disappointed in the decline of their Product (for me) and the decline in the service they now provide. Its
    like going to a restaurant and getting amazing service and food for years so you keep going back then one day you walk in and you had to wait hours for a table when whole time the place is empty then the table you were given is dirty and hasn't been cleaned
    then your food comes out late its the wrong order and its cold. Then you reach that breaking point and ask to speak with the manager and everyone gives you the run around and you never get to speak with them. That is what I'm going through.

    the console is not as good as it seems, but like others have expressed in my particular case I have never experienced any of these problems. Maybe it is something related to the internet connection, we would need more details to know or rule out possible problems
    in the connection, such as the speed of download and upload, the packages that are lost or the intensity with wifi the signal reaches your Xbox, the reasons for the problem can be many, if you give us some info maybe we can solve your situation together. For

    Of course I read it, so I took some time to write you a long answer. About the payments as I mentioned, it has no direct relationship with the console, the payments will work the same on PS4, probably the same on Switch, what changed was the billing process,
    the same thing happens with HBO, Android, Netflix and many other services . If I suggested that you delete the automatic payments, it is because you wrote this: "The following week I get charged for another month. When I called to find out why I was being
    billed the guy responds with the memberships get stacked, it's the way their system works." And I understood that you needed help in this regard, you never mentioned that this problem was solved, the written communication tends to be misunderstood, and the
    more specific it can be, the better it will be.

    Another thing is that we are not the support team, this is a forum where people seek help, some of us know more or less about some topic or another, if it is in our hands we help, if we do not suggest that you contact the expert team . We do this because we
    are passionate about collaborating with those who come here looking for help, because we love our games community, we work and do everything possible to make this a better place, we are not paid for this, we do it in a disinterested way, using our time and

  11. After months of complaining I finally got someone from the support team to help me with my problem. As I stated before the issue wasn't on my end. They simply had to restart my live account. Now my service is much better. Also the reason other players
    and myself are getting kicked out of our games/party chats is because microsoft is updating their servers. This is causing problems for some of the gamers. So to put it simply, when these sort of problems occur you have to turn something off and turn it back
    on. I went through every form of turning things off and back on, my system, my internet, etc. When the problems continued, I then knew that someone, above what I can do, has to turn something off and back on. I finally found someone to do just that. Please
    understand my frustration isn't directly at you personally. It's the fact that everyone that attempted to assist me kept telling me the same exact thing but all of them were wrong. I consider that negligence and ignorance on behalf of the company. It took
    11 months to find one competent person to solve my problem and give me a simple explanation as to why these problems were occurring. I am no longer angry but I do find that unsatisfactory on behalf of Microsoft.
