Is anyone else sick and tired of their broken console?

The Xbox One has been nothing but problems since its release and Im completely tired of it. I cant do anything with mine right now because Xbox core services are down again. And its always something with this piece of crap console. Parties go randomly friends
list messes up atleast a minimum of once a week. If microsoft would reimburse me for the purchase price that I gave for this junkie console Id give it to them in a heart beat. Its been a year and a half since I bought this piece of crap and Ive regreted it
ever since. Oh but wait next month were getting a new update and itll be full of glitches and bugs. Why not release something after you fix the bugs not make every xbox owner deal with your mistakes. its just beyond ridiculous that im paying for this bs. This
is by far the worst console ive ever had and i wont by another xbox product again. This console has made an enemy of me. I will not ever try to get a friend to purchase this piece of junk and deal with the stress I am from it. And i just tried the 360 as im
typing this and oh wait xbox live is having issues there to.... WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!

You're not the only one, to be honest; expect this to be a yearly thing as these sort of company earns from these sort of mishaps.

They do this intentionally to make customers call the support line to which they earn as well.

Every online service has issues from time to time.

Compared to other online services xbox live is one of the most reliable & secure ones out there.

You seriously think they do this on purpose?

It's free to phone support where I live anyway as it is in several other countries.

 

And i forgot to add. when these problems are happening all i have is a expencive shiny black paper weight. Thank You so much for this pos microsoft.

it's beyond a joke, we do not receive the service we pay for.

It's a broken product and never works when you want it to we pay a lot of money for an xbox when we should be all spending it on a service that works! Say for example... playstation network!
