Is Anyone Else Really Not Interested In "Quantum Break"?

I'm really curious how they'll integrate the TV show aspect of the game with the main game.

I've heard that there are several of these video scenes that are up to 30 minutes in length.

But not a day 1 buy for me. Too backlogged with games I haven't even started yet.

 

Also, speaking of Alan Wake, that game is now available in the Backwards compatible games catalog.

Get those flashlights ready!

 

My feel on it is along the lines of RedEye's comment; it does give me a "modern day Singularity" vibe. Not that I didn't like Singularity as a game... but it didn't scream awesome to me either. QB just doesn't blip my radar.

 

None here. Not sure why but it reminds me a bit of Watch Dogs. I have yet to really see any info that makes me want to try the game.

 

Have it on preorder so its day one for me, looking forward to it like the minority here

Most definitely interested. This, Crackdown, Gears 4, and Deus Ex are day one this year. Maybe No Man's Sky but not sure yet. That is about it this year so far for early purchases. I just have so many games on PC I want to finish and been so busy that
I am almost positive this is all I will get at launch. Might pick up a few others later when they are cheaper just to put back for a dry spell.

I wouldn't say I'm excited or hyped for this game, but I am looking forward to playing it and see what it's like. For a while now I've been struggling to get into games, so hopefully this will grab my attention as I usually enjoy a good story driven game.

The problem to me comes is if its too little too late when it is finally released. I remember years ago I was so into the first Diablo game and there was a buzz going around about how the sequel was already in the works. Years went by and as they did,
it just lost the hype for me and I didn't even bother. Quantum Break is hardly at the delay point Diablo 2 was but a lot of gamers don't seem to be enjoy being teased to then have nothing done with it in so long. I feel like this is the 3rd year we'll be
seeing this talked about and at last it seems its finally here for us to play. Again, I just hope its not too little to late here all the hype about this game was nothing greater than trailer that we already saw. Hopefully it won't.

 

I am interested but with most games these days it pays to wait.

 

This might sound really shallow. I was very interested in this game, and was looking forward to it. However, for some reason, I cannot get past the appearance of the main character (my would be character). I wish they had picked a different actor. Like I
said. It's shallow, but the way he looks bothers me enough to not want to play the game.

 

I'm quite excited but will definitely wait for the price to come down before i purchase as have too many games to play at the moment.

I'm much more excited for this than any anime rubbish from japan tbh but thats just me
