    Is anyone else having trouble with the Ori And the Will Of The Wisps punch card?


    I've downloaded the game, gotten an achievement and yet still the first step of the punch card isn't activating for me. Is it a bug or is it just me?

    Yes I'm having the exact same problem. Not only with this game either. The Gears Pop punch card is not acknowledging I have downloaded the game even though I have the achievement box ticked. It seems to be the featured punch cards on the right of the rewards screen that are consistently having issues like this. I wish it would get fixed as there are hundreds of reward points at stake. It has nothing to do with removing your account and hard resetting. If it were only that, it would not be affecting so many people. It is a problem on Microsofts end. Reddit is full of people taking about this exact same issue. It's annoying.

    Hi Dale Hicks,

    There may just be a delay, I have noticed rewards and rewards app punchcards points can pop after a few days of unlocking. Hopefully that is the case.

    You could try the following:

    1. Removing your profile from the console

    2. Power cycle/ reset your console

    3. Add your profile and sign in.

    Not sure this will work, but deffo worth a try and would not take too long.

    Hopefully you get your points and let us know how you get on.

    Quite a few reports of this, and with Gears Pop! too.

    If it doesn't resolve itself, contact Rewards Support using the link at the bottom of the webpage where you complete your dailies. They'll ask for a couple of screenshots then manually add the points for you!

    UPDATE: Both Ori and the Will of the Wisps and Sea of Thieves punch cards have now been activated for me. Also my Weekly Set has tracked my Achievements.

    Hopefully these issues have been resolved for everyone else as well.
