Is anyone else having an issue with the Gamepass on their Xbox One X?

Hey guys,

just got the box and having a problem sometimes with the Gamepass section. Keeps asking me to subscribe even though I already am. I'm on the free trial with recurring billing. Tried to just buy the stupid thing again, but it just goes back to the screen
with the button to join Gamepass.

I logged in on the comp and managed to set up some downloads from there so looks like a bug in the box! Great, stopped using PC's years back and am back to the world of bugs with this machine (Reaching for PS4 power button)! Help!

Anyone else getting this? Has it been reported? They fixing it?

NFL Gamepass not working on Xbox One

Is anyone else having this problem? I just signed up for NFL Gamepass, and signed into my account on the Xbox One NFL app. However, though Gamepass users are supposed to get preseason games live, all I are game CLIPS. I don't even get the game replays after
the game, again, just CLIPS. Gamepass users are supposed to have access to previous Superbowl game replays. On the Xbox One? You guessed it. Just CLIPS.

Now, on my phone or PC, I get all the things I am supposed to - live preseason games and Superbowl archive full replays.

I talked to NFL and they initially said there was a problem with the app they were aware of. They have given me the runaround since and now say the issue has been resolved and tell my I should talk to Microsoft like it is their problem.

Anyone else heard of this or have this problem?

Tried that opened messages on x1 360 website and my tablet and phone Smartglass apps lol oh well. I'm thinking it's a message from a preview person like someone mentioned.

Website
under your accounts subscriptions and services and verify that you do have a gamepass subscription. As well I suggest contacting

customer support as they can pull up your account and verify for you that the gamepass is active. Please let us know how it goes.

I do... I'm looking at my account on the computer. If I didn't I would have found a free way to download games as I can start them downloading from the computer. It's a bug.

Went to customer support. There was no topic on Gamepass errors. So went for "Check error messages & codes". Box popped up below telling me to post on the forums! Great! Infinite loop!

Is there a number to talk to an actual human?

Not the best start to owning another Microsoft product :/ I just phoned Sony when I had one tiny issue in 6/7 years.
