    is anyone else getting temporary banned or suspended for no reason? First off I come here to see what's wrong with things and if people leave there gamertags, I put a good word in for them because no one likes being temporary banned. Second Sometimes if
    Im intense in the game (mostly shooting or bad) I get heated and/or message someone and i get a message saying I can't send messages or talk in parties which I get. I apologize it's Xbox I'll calm down. . Lately I be taken a break from those games. I'm more
    lay back now playing payday or forza but when I was out with family for the weekend, I got suspended from July 7th to July 21st (on a Friday) then Sunday at noon I get another email telling me suspension from July 7th to july 23rd!!!!! Two weeks for something
    I was out of town for. I got reported once for communication and once for harassment. I contacted microsoft and they said people can spam and get your account in trouble. Sometimes they don't act fast. Then they go on and lectures and telling me what to do.
    how are you going to sit there and talk down on me like i was a little kid screaming and cursing . Its summer and i need help so I can enjoy my summer!

    If your profile was blocked / banned for a violation, then no, you cannot recover that profile or anything associated with it. Sometimes this will only be a temporary suspension. If you are unsure of the details of this ban/suspension I suggest posting in
    the forum for banned/suspended account or contacting phone support again.

    http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations do take time, so both suspensions could be for actions that took place weeks or months ago.

    from what I have read, most of their temporary bans are for 24 hours... just for future reference to anyone else also that wants to know.

    Permanent Ban with No Enforcement Details

    Okay so I managed to get in touch with a support member yesterday, he pretty much said the same thing of this permanent ban actually being just a temporary suspension but it could vary for each person. Said it could last anytime between 1 week to 1 month, but I have noticed that the notification I get on Xbox when trying to sign in is now saying suspended instead of permanently banned now, so here's hoping that my suspension gets lifted sooner rather than later. Anyone else got an update on their suspension issues?
