Are you running into any error messages when you try to launch an app or sign in? For example "The game took too long to load, try again later" or when you sign in "Invalid password or email" or "Couldn't sign you in right now, try again in a little while"
etc.

Here are a few things to try:

Power cycle:

While the console is on, hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until the light shuts off, then wait about 1 minute, then turn it back on. Once done, try to sign back in again.

Delete and re-download your profile:

Double tap the Xbox button on your controller and go to Setting>All Settings>Account>Remove Account>Select the profile you're having trouble with>Remove it. Once done, power cycle your console again as shown above and then re-download it. Double tap the
Xbox button on your controller and go up one tab to the profile tab. Go to "Add & Manege" then select "Add new" Type in your Microsoft account email and password then try again once you're signed back in.

If these steps didn't work so far, try these ones.

Test your network connection:

Double tap the Xbox button on your controller>Settings>Network>Network settings>Test network connection. After that, let us know if it tests successfully.

If it did, please let us know, but before you do, please go to "Detailed Network statistics" on the previous tab in the Network settings window on the right side of the screen. We need to know this information from you

Upload speed:

Latency:

Packet loss:

Please post back those results for us if those steps above didn't resolve your issue.

Hi, if you take your PC offline does the game still crash ?

Yes! I unplugged my ethernet, launched the game and it did not load since I lost connection to the gamepass app. When I plugged it back in, it finished loading into the menu screen. I was able to launch and am experiencing no issues at Extra high dx12 and
all setting maxed on 1440p. Weird issue, however I recommend if anyone else is experiencing it do this step.

I know Xbox Live has been experiencing some issues on and off, I can't say whether that is effecting you being able to sign up though.

have been unable to sign into xbox live for the past 2 days, my friends are able to sign in and play games with some live chat disruptions and some gaming issues but im not even able to sign in, is anyone else having the same bother, and know how
to fix, have tried restarts and rebootings, even tried logging in with different account, no luck!

Im not able to sign into my account at all on my xbox 360. When i go to sign in it just loads but never signs in then evenutally freezes up. Someone please help me its been like this for almost a week now and i wanna play online before my membership runs out

If you were unable to load the Xbox website, it sounds as if you were experiencing issues with the LIVE service. Are you able to play the game without issues now?
