    Is anybody here? I really need some support.


    It has been a very long time since the download system totally failed. Whatever new collcetion I bought, I never successfully download any of them. My gold is consumed without any explaination, but the proceeding bar never moves even a bit. I really hope
    my complain can be seen and the problem be solved as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

    I really need some HELP!!

    The only way to get them back without repaying is to sign into your old account and redownload them. Can you not remember the log in information or is there another reason you can't sign into the account?

    I really need some HELP!!

    You can try calling support. If you can answer their questions to verify you are the owner of the account then they can give you the email you used to sign into the account. After that you would have to reset the password. Otherwise, unless you can remember
    the login information, there is nothing else you can do.
