Nba 2k16 jordan edition missing dlc?

I got the Jordan edition yesterday at midnight at gamestop and redeemed the code on my xbox but have yet to receive the DLC. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

If you get this message and error code, it means that the prepaid code that you’re trying to redeem on Xbox LIVE has already been redeemed. A problem with your connection to Xbox LIVE may have prevented you from receiving confirmation when you initially
redeemed the code.

To anybody having a problem getting Evolve Big Alpha that is currently a Xbox Live Free Member, you need to purchase Xbox Live Gold Membership to be able to participate in the Alpha, also you will not be able to initiate the download.

If you are a Xbox Live Gold Member make sure you try both redeeming your code through your Xbox One console and by using Xbox.com/RedeemCode

If you have redeemed your code and are a Xbox Live Gold Member go to Games / Apps on your Xbox One console and it should appear in your download queue. If not, go up to games and scroll to the right hand side and wait up to a minute for your uninstall games
to appear, if nothing appears you can pull both triggers and X at the same time to show hidden purchases.

I have this same problem, brand new sub code for xbox live and "something went wrong" no problems on my account, tried it both on the PC and on the Xbox... just returns "Something went wrong"... useful... not.

Does anybody know what is going on with this?

I have the same problem I bought a digital code for xbox live, my money is gone but no live. Where is the redeem code? I suppose Microsoft will send me the redeem code to my email or live will start to work automatically.

Moreover, it's IMPOSSIBLE, to email a problem and those automated virtual 'helperd' don't hepp at all!!!
