Is anybody else in Sydney not getting the Freeview one guide information. Not working since ...

I have had "no info available" on all my channels since Saturday (pretty sure it was working Friday night). I am using the USB tuner with freeview via the antenna. I have the same issue on both of my xbox one consoles and a friend has confirmed that he is
also having the issue on his console.

I have tried reporting this to Microsoft but everyone I talk to is USA focused and are of little to help and don't even seem to understand their own products and how they work, particularly in regard to the USB tuner with free to air TV.

TV Tuner One Guide problems

Hi,

I am having a problem getting the one guide to work (I am in the UK).

When setting up the tuner I get Freeview - Meridian digital and OTA as options.

If I choose digital I get all the channels with some duplicates (even though is is set to hide duplicate SD channels) but the one guide is empty, however, the now and next panel seems to work i.e. has information.

If I choose OTA I get the full one guide but BBC2, ITV and channel 4 are missing. i.e. the guide goes from 1 straight to channel 5.

Anyone else getting this?

Choosing Freeview National Lineup doesn't seem to make much difference.

Should the one guide populate immediately or is this a bug?

xBox One Digital TV Problem

Hi there.



I have installed my TV tuner but I'm having issues getting the one guide to work. Not matter which freeview settings I use the one guide refuses to update the channel listings or the logo's. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and
managed to resolve it?

I was having the same problem around the same time, I believe there was an issue with this, but it seems to be fixed now.

 

The same issue is happening again. I guess the guy who does who manages the data into the server takes leave for Christmas and New Years.

I purchased a xbox for my parents to use for their tv watching, and 1 day later the guide stops working... can someone fix this asap please? Alternatively we will return the system for a full refund.

 

Been trying to see if it was a configuration problem for the last few days now, it had been working up until then, because one day there was "no into available" but I hadn't changed a setting, has the Xbox One's potential as a media server flopped.
