Is any one else having issues loading Bingo?

Ok...well, back to my OP: I rented a copy of Halo 4 and guess what the same wierd thing happened twice. So I guess it is not the disk after all. Mortal Kombat freezes up at the VS screen of all the 2 player matches I have tried to far. And it is installed!

It is the only game that I have installed, cause the console won't install any of the others.

I have 5 broken xboxes I tore apart trying to fix to no avail. The Xbox I'm using is my roommates 2006 model... I have both discs installed to the HDD, and this Xbox seems to recognize all the other discs I have straight away, but everyday when I pop in
Halo 4, I have to eject it 20 times to get it to read the disc. I'm grateful it even does, and even more grateful I was able to install it to the HDD so once it reads it once, I never get freezes. But something with this game is funny cause every other disc
I have is recognized with the first insert or maybe 2-3 ejects, but this one takes me 10 minutes + sometimes.
