    Is an account swap with a new account possible?


    Hello,

    My son has been using my Microsoft account for years. I would like to get him off my account, but I don't want him to lose anything he has purchased or achieved in any of the games he has played on his XBox.

    Is there a way to transfer all his stuff from my account to a new account that is his own?

    Unfortunately no. Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    Hello sorry to sawy you cant swap accounts. He will be able to share games and some DLC if you have the console set as Home XBox. They wont share the achievements he has won though.

    Edit: I realize now that I have made a mistake by changing my account to a separate email so I will be waiting a month no matter what now.

    P.S. No edit button? or is that because this account is technically not the same account?
