is ac unity good?

there's a sale for the assassins creed series going on right now, and unity is discounted to $41. i'm really interested in the game, but it's a bit much for me to just grab it on impulse. is the game fixed? is the overall experience worth 40 bucks?

AC IV BLACK FLAG doesn't launch

I bought a new system. It came with two codes (AC IV and AC UNITY). AC Unity is running now without a GOLD subscription.

Imo, yes it is good. 2nd best AC to AC2. Allot of people hated it and complained about the bugs etc etc. I recommend it

 

40 is expensive. I see it everywhere for about 20. I do want to pick it up since it's been a while since I've played an AC game. I hear it's actually pretty good.

 

Its good and I played it a month or two ago and cant think of any bugs I encountered. I was hesitant like you because of the awful launch. It was on sale on Amazon for $30 and I picked it up and don't regret it.

 

Not for $40 I pick mine up for $30. I am 3/4 thru the main missions and have not encountered a problem. The last update changed it so you don't need the app or a group to do all the extra missions.

 

i'm trying to stay digital. i've bought only one disc so far, and i'd like to keep it that way...though i do have room on my shelf for about 15 more games. i'm not gonna go out of my way to grab another $20 card to buy it, but i wont avoid it either...there's
also gta 5 in a couple weeks as well, if unity fall through...

 

I got my copy of Unity for free and still think its garbage. No way in hell I'd pay $40 for it. Either buy the disc version for like $20 or wait until its reduced further.

 

I'm not too sure about it. I haven't played it, but the problems it had has turned me off from buying it. I may eventually pick it up in the bargain bin though.

 

well, i had a good night at the casino...so it's downloading right now. well, the update first, then the dead kings dlc, and then i'll get to the actual game later...

 

Giving the free dead kings dlc is a nice touch. I would give this game a good rating if.... The bloody co op would work?? Not connection failed all the time!!!

 

$40? Eh, I'd wait until it's a bit lower. To be honest, I haven't played Unity in a while, so I can't really say anything towards how I felt about it. I presume it's because Black Flag was a chore to me to finish and I'm not all that excited to finish this
game? I don't know.

 

that's another thing, whats the co-op like? can i just go into a lobby and join some random group? how much...strategy is needed. i'm really not a big talker in games and i only connected the mono-mic to the controller maybe twice in the time i've had it,
and that was just to try out the voice commands.

 

Can't comment to be honest, can join randoms in co op but wanted to play with buddy's mainly, as not the greatest assassin, ha ha. Hopefully it works for you.
