    When I try to go to get $1 Xbox live on my Xbox I get and error with the status code 80190128, when I try to do it off of the website I get a page saying "Uh oh... that should not have happened. It appears you have found a glitch in the system. Please try
    again later."

    I can get to the regular Xbox live payment pages just fine but they only have the option for $9 month costs.... Just seems like a bait and switch.

    Taking the bait and replying is seldom a good idea. Neither is repeating the language on the forums.

    Following the Xbox Live and forums rules will make suspensions a lot less likely.

    OK, so the tile just isn't there any more, which means the offer simply expired. I'm sorry you had to miss out on it, but just keep your eyes open on the dashboard because we run LIVE specials all the time. Sorry for the confusion.

    @Hated React x The first month will be charged at $1. Before you hit that redeem now button make sure you read what is in the box. It will go into auto renewal after the first month and the recurring charge for a 1 month will be $9.99. You have 2 options
    now to turn off that auto renewal, call customer support at 1-800-469-9269 and ask to turn off the auto renewal or log in to your account at Xbox.com and turn it off yourself.

    @ lukear9 It will never charge you $1 every month.
