    Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

    I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.

    Classic Jigsaw statistics

    I have 88 puzzle packs consisting of 1363 separate puzzles, each puzzle having 4 levels. I happened to notice the statistics for the games were all wrong. Since I have done every puzzle and every level in that puzzle they should show all 88 collections.
    For some reason the latest puzzles I purchased, are now showing incomplete with the puzzles locked except for the first two. Why???

    Puzzle is completed, but next puzzle is not unlocked.

    I complete puzzles, but next puzzle doesn't unlock. I purchased a yearly subscription. How can I get the next puzzle to unlock as the lock puzzle tells me to play the puzzle that I have already played and completed. Please help!

    RPG's, action adventure, sci fi shooter and sometimes Puzzle depending on the puzzle genre. Like tetris and Nintendo's puzzle challenge.
