Irons in the Fire Not unlocking

I just beat the game and realized this achievement never unlocked any idea why?

Guns you never see used

Maybe he's like me and doesn't like the iron sights? I hate the PKM and M249 irons and I'm miles away from unlocking the RDS. I use shotgun or the M1 with Medic now.

 

Most Powerful Armor

I would like to know what are some of the most powerful armor you've guys seen so far in this game.

The armor that I'm currently wearing is the best I've seen thus far.

When it comes to fire and physical resistance, I haven't seen anything better. Those pryomancers I face online, don't do much damage to me.

I's also wearing the Havel's ring with the wood grain ring. So I move fast, and I'm even using a zweihander.

 

Same thing has happened to me. Ive done it a second time and it still hasnt popped

 

Did you play through on veteran like me?

 

Yes, I completed it on veteran and then when id finished it realised the achievement hadnt popped

 

I've got a slightly different one, but same principle. Completed on Veteran yesterday and didn't get the SP Prestige achievement. I've got all the individual achievements and I even got the achievements for completing the game and completing it on Hardened.
