    on the support page you can clearly see that the xbox live core is down. underneath is a list of working apps devices functions etc. that are indeed working..

    take a good look at that list.... notice how many things dont work when only one thing is down? if they dont fix that issue imedietly its only a matter of time before it happens again

    Hey EdwardsFamily52, Let me answer your questions, First of all, the error code you are occurring has a troubleshooting page. I suggest that you try the solutions from there. This page can be found here:

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8015d002     Second, to get the profile linked with the Microsoft account again I suggest that you contact Xbox Phone Support. Xbox Phone Support can be found at the "Contact Us" page here:

    Can't play Minecraft offline even though Xbox is set as Home Xbox

    Okay, I found a solution on Xbox's Support page ( I'll leave the link below for more solutions ). Even though your Xbox is not connected to an internet connection, you have to set your Xbox "offline." To do this, you have to go into Settings>Network>Network
    Settings>Go Offline. If you have any further questions, visit this support page for more solutions for your problem.

    [Solved] Xbox controllers disconnecting

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for you support.

    I've found the solution, the Xbox One was the problem. I've installed the OSU2 then the OSU1 as adviced in

    these pages     (you just have to say that your Xbox One doesnt run on any of the builds listed to get to the pages with OSU2 and OSU1). Now my Xbox is up to date and the controllers are ok.
