IRITATING SPAM ACCOUNTS

I keep receiving messages and friend requests from fake and spam accounts. This seems like it's an on going problem from what I cans see in the forums!

this problem is incredibly iritating!! Is there an answer to it? I am very close to never buying anything by EA ever again

Spam accounts problem

there is much too many spam accounts that like hundreds of clips over time i just had 10 like my screenshot from friday the 13th

Whenever you get strange, random messages from these fake accounts, you only need to do this:

Do not reply to these fake accounts at all.

Do not follow any links they send you.

Report the messages.

Block the account.

MS is working on this issue to help them you can report the user with the steps here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howTo#sub-topic2-0 This way MS can find the account and block them from this
activity

Also, you can change your privacy setting for communications to friends only and this will prevent these type of account from sending you messages.

I had 70 about a month ago.......then went threw and got rid of either the ones who I dont have identical games with or just dont talk to no more.........It is iritating to have a name just sitting in ur list gaining cobwebs

I've had the same problem with my xbox 360 Elite, disk unreadable took it back to the store HMV in Coventry UK and had it replaced but same problem! I've now bought a new xbox and it works fine on that, very iritated I've spent £150 extra to play this game!
