ipv6 unavailable on just one console

I have 4 x1's in the house. 3 of them use ipv6, but the fourth one does not have that option. Any ideas?

My ISP (obviously) supports ipv6 (since 3 of them use it), my router supports it, I've reset the NAT table by disabling UPnP and rebooting, then enabling and rebooting.

I have Cox Cable Arris Router w/Panorama Wifi; the three with ipv6 have download speeds around 80-160 MB, but the one w/out ipv6 only has about 40. And it's the closest to the router with a direct line of sight.

Huh?

Any suggestions?

In my original post I stated that I'd already done everything that page recommends (and more).

No, none of it worked. My router supports it, my ISP supports it, 3 other boxes utilize it, my ISP says there is no limitation as to the number of xboxes it can support with ipv6.

Can you please give me some helpful advice?

She also obviously did not even read my post very well. Neither did you, apparently.

I'VE ALREADY ENABLED ipv6 ON MY ROUTER. I'VE ALREADY SPOKEN WITH MY ISP (TWICE). I have the manual.

All other xboxes have already been disconnected from the router when I ran my tests.

I will try the soft reset, thank you.

Was stating to call ISP due to the router is the one who assigns IPv6. Understand you have it enabled otherwise the other three consoles wouldn't be connected to it. Was referring to contact the ISP as they will need to figure out why the router is not assigning
the console to with an ipv6 IP. You do know IPv6 is another form for your IP address and that is all correct? As IPv4 is running out so they need to use the IPv6.

Hi There,

Crystal is not a bot, she gave you the most pertinent troubleshooting in this case. Your router may not support multiple devices. If all but one Xbox are supporting ipv6 then the fourth should. Try disconnecting one of the other ones that have it and see
if the fourth then gets it. If this doesn't work you can try a soft factory reset, as there may be corrupt data on the fourth console. If these don't work you will need to contact your ISP. On the bottom of that guide crystal gave you, one says to check your
manual for router, other states to contact ISP.

My Xbox is using only IPv4. What should I do to add IPv6?

Several home routers support IPv6 but disable it by default. Check the manual for your router, or visit our
Networking Hardware Information support forum.

My router has IPv6 enabled, but my Xbox is connected on IPv4. What else can I do?

Try contacting your ISP to see if IPv6 is available in your area.
